"While information and communication technologies in the second version of the web have contributed to providing services for teaching and learning languages, the development of computer sciences, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, currently tempts to extend this area with applications that make the education process fully automated in response to the increasing demands for learning foreign languages. From here, a major issue arises: What is artificial intelligence and its applications in teaching and learning foreign languages, and particularly the Arabic language?"
